Delivery and shipping

Last updated 10 September 2026

We deliver by courier anywhere in South Africa. Everything is made to order in our own studio, so a delivery date has two parts: the time we need to make your item, and the time the courier needs to get it to you.

Production time

Cases and charms are made after payment clears. Allow one to three working days for production. Larger bundles may take a day longer. If we hit a delay we tell you before your expected date, not after it.

Courier timelines

Once your parcel is collected, the courier usually takes:

  • Johannesburg and Pretoria: one to two working days
  • Cape Town, Durban, Bloemfontein, Port Elizabeth and other main centres: two to three working days
  • Smaller towns and outlying areas: three to five working days

These are the courier's estimates, not guarantees. Load shedding, weather, strikes and the December rush can add a day or two.

What delivery costs

Delivery is a flat R 99 anywhere in South Africa, and free on orders of R 769 or more. The exact amount is shown in your basket before you pay. We do not ship outside South Africa at the moment.

Delivery address and collection

We courier to a street address, not a post box, and we do not offer collection from the studio. Please give an address where someone can sign during business hours, and add a complex or estate name and unit number if you have one. If an address is wrong or nobody is there, the courier may charge a second delivery fee, which we pass on at cost.

Tracking

You get an email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is collected. You can also message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will check where it is.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within seven working days of being collected, tell us and we will trace it with the courier. If it cannot be found, we remake and resend the order at our cost, or refund you in full if you prefer.

Check your parcel on delivery. If the box or the item is damaged, photograph it and contact us within seven days so we can claim from the courier and replace your order. This is set out further in our refunds and cancellations policy.

Risk and ownership

Ownership and risk pass to you once the parcel has been delivered to the address you gave us, as contemplated by section 19 of the Consumer Protection Act. Until then it is on us.
